Job summary

Crane Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and machinery. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and assist vendors for specialized repairs to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on experience with industrial equipment, knowledge of electrical systems, and the ability to read wiring diagrams. A strong emphasis on safety and documentation is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining industrial machinery, welders, lathes, pumps, and similar equipment.
• Ability to wire 120V and 240V 3-Phase systems and read wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance records and IATF 16949 quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment per schedule.
• Lubricate, clean, and calibrate machinery as part of preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures as they arise.
• Support TPM programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and ensure safety documentation is current.
• Conduct routine building inspections and maintain emergency systems.
