The Jet Container Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair on assembly lines, corrugated machines (McKinley, Flexo), and warehouse equipment. The role supports maintenance and reliability objectives while ensuring safe, efficient plant operations.

You will conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (corrugated/packaging background preferred).
Proficiency with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Technical certifications in electrical or mechanical fields preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on corrugated machinery and support equipment.
Oversee repairs and troubleshooting of equipment failures.
Monitor safety features and ensure proper usage by operators.
Communicate with production staff to maintain operational efficiency.
Schedule and perform preventive maintenance runs and inspections.
Recommend equipment upgrades and new purchases when appropriate.
Provide reports on equipment issues to Maintenance/Plant Managers.
Respond to emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Maintain the Maintenance Storage Room inventories and purchasing activities.
