Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (corrugated/packaging background preferred).
• Proficiency with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• PLC experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on corrugated machinery and support equipment.
• Oversee all repairs and troubleshooting of equipment failure.
• Monitor to ensure safety features on equipment are used properly.
• Communicate with production staff to maintain operational efficiency.
• Establish schedules and perform preventive machine maintenance.
• Order parts and oversee inventory and purchasing activities as needed.
