Job summary
Kohl's Department Stores is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our retail distribution and store support equipment running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, sorters, material-handling systems, HVAC, and facility equipment to minimize downtime in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Proven ability to maintain conveyors, sorters, and material-handling systems.
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in a retail/distribution environment.
- Familiarity with CMMS and safety protocols, including LOTO procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, sorters, material-handling systems, HVAC, and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Document work in CMMS and partner with operations teams to coordinate repairs and improvements.
- Adhere to safety policies and participate in ongoing training and certifications.
