Job summary

Kohl’s Department Stores is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our distribution and store support equipment running safely and efficiently. You’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, sorters, material-handling systems, HVAC, and facility equipment to minimize downtime in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, follow strict safety and LOTO procedures, and partner with operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, sorters, and material-handling systems.
• Maintain HVAC and facility equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Follow strict safety and LOTO procedures and document work in CMMS.
