Job summary

Kohl’s Department Stores is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our distribution and store support equipment running safely and efficiently. You’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, sorters, material-handling systems, HVAC, and facility equipment.

You’ll troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, follow strict safety procedures and LOTO, document work in a CMMS, and partner with operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance and repair in a retail distribution or store environment.
• Ability to interpret electrical/mechanical diagrams and schematics.
• Comfort with following safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, sorters, and material-handling systems.
• Maintain HVAC and facility equipment to minimize downtime.
