Kohl’s Department Stores is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our retail distribution and store support equipment running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, sorters, material-handling systems, HVAC, and facility equipment; troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues; follow safety and LOTO procedures; and document work in a CMMS while partnering with operations teams.
