Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, machining, or related mechanical field.
• Strong hands-on mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience operating machine shop equipment: lathes, mills, drill presses, surface grinders.
• Ability to read and follow mechanical prints and technical docs.
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Willingness to complete required training and obtain certifications for PIV equipment (forklifts, cranes, aerial lifts).

Aufgaben

• Perform scheduled, emergency, and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot to restore operations safely.
• Diagnose mechanical problems, complete repairs, and identify root causes.
• Operate lathes, mills, drill presses, surface grinders, welders, and other shop equipment.
• Fabricate or refurbish mechanical parts as needed for repairs.
• Take precise measurements with micrometers/calipers/dial indicators.
• Communicate findings and recommended actions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Complete general maintenance tasks and training as directed.
