Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Holly Hill Cement Plant in South Carolina to perform inspection, root cause analysis and repairs of mechanical systems, including preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. Required education includes a high school diploma or GED, with two years of technical college preferred.

2–4 years of industrial millwright experience is required; experience with gear boxes, shaft alignment and bearing installation is desired.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of industrial experience as a millwright is required.
• Experience with rebuilding gear boxes, shaft alignment on heavy industrial equipment, bearing installation is desired.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, root cause failure analysis and repair mechanical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
• Collaborate with contractors, participate in training, and support safety policies.
