Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years in maintenance engineering; knowledge of machinery, electricity, electronics, plumbing, welding, boiler applications.
• Able to read manuals/schematics; willing to learn steam boiler, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on plant machinery to ensure smooth operation.
• Start up and shut down equipment each day, including boiler, air compressor, pumps, and valves.
• Inspect and maintain lint traps, oil levels, grease fittings, and water levels.
• Complete general repairs and document maintenance activities.
• Follow manufacturers' maintenance schedules and report major repairs.
