Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to repair, maintain, install, and troubleshoot industrial equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, and boilers. The role requires strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, welding, and boiler-related work.

In-plant duties include preventive maintenance, safety, and maintaining maintenance records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance engineering experience with machinery, electricity, electronics, plumbing, welding and boiler knowledge.
• Company will provide additional training in steam boiler, electrical, pneumatics, schematics, maintenance, welding and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Routine preventive maintenance on the property to keep plant machines running smoothly.
• Morning start-up and evening shutdown of equipment including boiler, air compressor, pumps and valves.
• Maintain lint traps, shaker screens, oil levels, grease fittings and water levels.
• Complete general repairs on machinery as needed.
• Follow manufacturer maintenance schedules and document processes.
• Identify and report major repairs to be completed.
