MAU Workforce Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our client in Smyrna, TN. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated control systems, to support reliable battery production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair battery manufacturing production lines to maximize uptime.
• Inspect and maintain production equipment for conformance to specs.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Program and modify PLCs and HMIs used in process automation.
• Interpret schematics and troubleshoot 3-phase power up to 480V.
• Maintain maintenance logs and coordinate with teams.
