Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a General Mechanic to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment across the beef processing facility. The role requires physical effort, the ability to work in varied temperatures, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience of mechanic work or graduate of an industrial maintenance training program.
• Must be able to read, write, and interpret general equipment safety procedures.
• Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment across processing departments.
• Adhere to Tyson policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Work in cold, damp or hot environments; lift up to 100 pounds; climb stairs/ladders.
