Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, manuals, and equipment documentation.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, insulation testers, vibration analyzers) and PLC interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation-related failures.
• Repair and maintain motor assembly lines, winding machines, machining equipment, testing systems, cranes, conveyors, and other industrial assets.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.
• Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, insulation testers, vibration analyzers, and PLC interfaces.
• Support the installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement of machinery and production processes.
• Identify root causes of recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Record maintenance activities, failures, spare parts usage, and equipment conditions in the maintenance management system.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Facilities teams.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and all applicable safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and work areas in an organized and safe condition.
• Participate in continuous improvement, reliability, and maintenance performance initiatives.
• Provide technical support during equipment startup, shutdown, and production changeovers.
