HandCraft Services in Richmond, VA is seeking an Industrial Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Level I/II). Earn $22.38–$27.38 per hour with a 40-hour week on 4x10s, including early AM/PM shifts and some weekends/holidays.

You will inspect conveyors, boilers, and production lines, perform LOTO, diagnose with a multimeter, replace components, log repairs, and mentor juniors. This role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, recording PMs, and cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certs preferred.
• 2+ years industrial maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and basic electrical knowledge; able to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Safety compliance: follow protocols and mitigate hazards.
• Preventive maintenance: perform routine inspections and PMs.
• Troubleshooting/repairs: diagnose and fix mechanical/electrical issues promptly.
• Operational support: collaborate across departments to improve equipment effectiveness.
• Documentation: keep accurate maintenance records.
• Team training: mentor junior technicians and share knowledge.
