Job summary

MasterSpas is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep production running by maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and supporting all production processes across facilities. You’ll work hands-on with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and improve reliability.

Typical schedule is Mon-Thu 6:00am-4:00pm with potential overtime; starting pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, with opportunity for higher compensation based on skills and

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• 2–5 years of light electrical experience
• Valid driver’s license with ability to pass MVR check
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment, perform repairs, and respond to issues to minimize downtime
• Develop and follow preventative maintenance schedules and improve reliability
• Support shop, tools, and facility upkeep including lighting and general maintenance
• Operate forklifts, manlifts, bobcats as needed
