Job summary

Capstone Precision Group seeks an Experienced Electrical Controls Maintenance Technician to uphold production machinery and related systems. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, planning, and prioritizing assignments in a high-demand environment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing machine issues, performing repairs, and maintaining safety standards. The candidate should have strong reading of blueprints, safety protocols, and a background in industrial maintenance with PLC exposure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical systems and controls.
• Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance and electrical/ machine controls experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, safety protocols, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and manage electrical controls / mechanical systems.
• Diagnose causes of machine breakdowns.
• Execute timely and efficient machine repairs.
• Maintain clean and organized shop areas, inventory, tools, and supplies.
• Communicate maintenance updates and concerns with managers.
• Coordinate regular machine maintenance with management.
• Assist with facility maintenance duties.
• Apply general industrial math as needed.
