Job summary

RTX in Middletown, PA is seeking an onsite Maintenance Technician for the 10pm–6am shift. You will maintain fluid systems, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance within a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience, basic electrical/mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with MS Office. Onsite work includes lifting, standing for long periods, and using hand tools in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• General mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
• Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required, strong written & verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fluid levels, document usage and inventory; operate forklifts and aerial lifts as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area; manage waste per EH&S guidelines and operate fluids filtration equipment.
• Perform scheduled/unscheduled cleaning of tanks and equipment; replace Deionized Water bottles as needed.
• Report defects and malfunctions to supervisor; perform basic electrical and mechanical diagnostics and repairs.
