Job summary

MAC Incorporated is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis, IN, responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery and facility equipment to boost reliability and minimize downtime.

The role requires at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment, experience with PM, and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. A HS diploma/GED is required and a 10% shift differential applies on 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and industrial equipment repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment problems.
• Experience using maintenance hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Greasing bearings, changing belts/oil, inspections, adjustments, and equipment cleaning.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Enter maintenance activities into the CMMS.
• Order replacement parts and maintain repair supplies.
