Job summary

O'Neal Manufacturing Services is seeking an experienced industrial maintenance technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot machinery and electrical systems in a demanding plant environment. The role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, and fabrication skills, including work with CNC equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, rigging, and PLC/VFD systems.

The position is physically demanding, with a Monday–Thursday schedule and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands-on mechanical, electrical, and fabrication skills.
• Experience with CNC, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and PLC/VFD systems.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on machinery in an industrial setting.
• Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring and equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems using test equipment.
• Coordinate wiring to circuit breakers, transformers, and components.
• Perform rigging and safety-related maintenance tasks.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory codes and company safety programs.
