ImageFIRST is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for its Lakeland, FL facility on the 2nd shift. You will install, service, and repair manufacturing equipment, implement SOPs, and support safety programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Journeyman level in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic, plumbing, carpentry, piping, and PLC programming.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility machinery.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery.
• Write and maintain SOPs and JSAs.
• Program PLCs.
• Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
• Communicate with operators and management.
• Maintain and secure work tools.
• Clean and maintain work area.
• Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
• Order tools and inventory parts.
