Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Ocala, FL. The role will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade mechanical, electrical, electronic, and automated equipment across the facility to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC/HMI/robotics systems, and interpreting schematics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with automated systems in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency, corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, HMI, robotics, and automated systems.
• Maintain conveyor systems, overhead cranes, material handling equipment, and other industrial machinery.
• Perform electrical maintenance on 480V three-phase, high-voltage DC, and 24VDC systems.
• Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.
• Conduct inspections and support equipment upgrades and engineering projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with OSHA and company safety standards.
