Job summary

ETS in Vermont is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues on production equipment to minimize downtime, and perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities include calibrating equipment such as press brakes, fiber lasers, sheet metal rollers, and automated welding lines, supporting utilities, documenting work orders in CMMS, and following OSHA safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
• Strong understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Knowledge of safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout and PPE requirements.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues on production equipment to reduce downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing systems and facility machinery.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment such as press brakes, fiber lasers, sheet metal rollers, and automated welding lines.
• Support facility utilities upkeep, including air compressors, process gas lines, and high-vacuum systems.
• Accurately document work orders and manage spare parts inventory in the maintenance management system.
• Follow strict safety procedures and comply with OSHA and environmental regulations.
