$5000 SIGN ON BONUS!

Shift hours: 2nd shift, 6 days/week, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, with an additional shift at 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM on non-production days, earning an extra $2.25/hour.
Starting pay ranges from $25.50 to $36.40/hour, based on experience and skills, with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance support to ensure equipment operates safely and effectively.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime.
• Work safely and effectively with team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of mechanic work experience or graduation from an industrial maintenance training program.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CMMS.
• Effective communication, basic math skills, and physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long hours, and work in various environments.
