Work Shift:

8hr-2nd Shift (United States of America)

Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Hours: 8 hour 2nd Shift from 3 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Install, adjust, and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer, and related equipment.
• Perform mold, neck tooling, pin, and other equipment changes.
• Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses.
• Inspect, rebuild, and replace valves and pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain machines in optimal condition.
• Weld, fabricate, and repair machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair blow mold, baggers, and support equipment.
• Operate blow mold or injection machines as needed.
• Communicate with other departments regularly.
• Follow instructions from Lead Technician or Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Basic mathematical and computer skills.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.

Preferred:

• 3+ years maintenance experience in Food/Beverage, Bottling, or plastic packaging.
• HS diploma/GED.
• OSHA forklift certification is a plus.

Physical Demands:

Regularly required to stand, walk, handle, and reach. Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

Exposure to moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and temperature fluctuations. PPE required.
