Dextech, a Tier 1 automotive supplier west of Ann Arbor, is seeking Maintenance Technicians for second shift. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing cold heading and cold forming machinery used to produce fasteners and related metal components.

You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and perform machine changeovers while ensuring safety and quality standards. Applicants should have strong mechanical skills, be willing to grow, and maintain

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with industrial machinery.
• Proficiency with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and technical manuals.

Responsabilités

• Welding and fabrication of machine tools.
• Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on cold heading machines, heat treat furnaces, IP machines, and thread rolling machines.
