Knauf Insulation North America seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to support safe plant operation, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues. Emphasis on safety, lock-out/tag-out compliance, and effective shift communication to keep production running.

The role requires 5+ years in heavy industrial maintenance, reliable attendance, and willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• Five years of maintenance experience with mechanical equipment in a heavy industrial environment.
• Must have excellent attendance in prior work history and be committed to maintaining such attendance.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work practices and enforce lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Determine if machines need to be taken out of production for repairs or service.
• Prioritize work when multiple issues arise.
• Procure parts/materials needed for plant operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled and as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and cover shifts as required.
• Stay current on plant and safety matters during safety meetings.
