Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Franklin, WI. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain dairy processing and packaging equipment, including refrigeration, boilers, conveyors, and utilities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years industrial maintenance experience in food manufacturing or related environment.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems; 480V electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production equipment.
Support conveyors, shredders, packaging lines, cryovac and other packaging equipment.
Read and interpret schematics, manuals, PLC I/O drawings, and P&IDs.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; participate in shutdowns and capital projects.
Document maintenance activities and parts usage in CMMS/SAP.
