Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift at our Franklin, WI facility to safely troubleshoot, repair, and maintain dairy processing equipment.

You will work with Production, Engineering, and Sanitation to improve reliability and uptime while following safety and 5S practices. Requirements include 2+ years in industrial maintenance in food manufacturing, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and experience reading schematics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in food manufacturing, dairy processing, packaging, or related environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and VFDs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures on production equipment.
• Support production operations and coordinate with Engineering, Sanitation, and Quality teams.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and participate in capital projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts usage in SAP/CMMS.
