Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies unit seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to sustain and improve manufacturing equipment. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, diagnose faults, and support installations and changeovers to keep production on track.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, familiarity with CMMS, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance experience.
Ability to read schematics, maintenance manuals and work instructions.
Familiarity with CMMS software for recording work orders and history.
Certification or trade school training preferred; alternative combinations considered.
6–12 months related maintenance experience considered.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
Conduct routine inspections and identify potential failures before they impact production.
Support equipment installations, changeovers, adjustments, and startup activities as needed.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history in CMMS.
Follow safety policies including LOTO and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
