Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Brandon, SD to perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and support installations and changeovers in a fast-paced plant.

The role requires reading schematics, maintaining detailed CMMS records, and following Lockout/Tagout safety procedures.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving to resolve equipment issues quickly.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
Experience using CMMS and maintaining maintenance documentation.
6–12 months of related maintenance experience or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues.
Conduct routine inspections and identify potential failures before they affect production.
Support equipment installations, changeovers, adjustments and startups as needed.
Maintain maintenance records and history in the CMMS system.
Follow safety policies including Lockout/Tagout and participate in continuous improvement.
