Job summary

Falcon Manufacturing, a full-service sheet metal fabrication facility, seeks an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to maintain production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and equipment. Join a team that collaborates with supervisors and purchasing to keep high-volume production running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 3 years of experience, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
• Knowledge to fix minor electrical issues, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on presses, welders, lasers, NC turret presses and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Repair or replace malfunctioning components and disassemble equipment for issues.
• Test equipment to determine repair needs and perform diagnostics.
• Clean, lubricate, and inspect equipment and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
