Job summary

ADM Milling in Beech Grove, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm) with on-call weekend rotation. This full-time, hourly role offers weekly pay and benefits starting day one. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining machinery, operating power tools and hoists, and troubleshooting mechanical systems.

Overtime and weekend work may be required. Candidates should meet safety requirements, attend regularly, and have basic welding, fabrication skills, and

Qualifications

• Welding, layout and fabrication skills are required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery is essential.
• Experience with V-belt and chain drive systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of 480V 3-phase motor circuits is required or highly desirable.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools and power tools.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and pneumatic systems.
• Repair, rebuild and maintain mechanical drive systems.
• Install material handling systems.
• Fabrication tasks as needed.
