Job summary

Anheuser-Busch in Arnold, Missouri is seeking a Maintainer to operate, maintain and repair high-speed manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced plant. You will perform quality checks and use data to guide quality and productivity decisions, ensuring safe, reliable production.

You will join a team focused on keeping equipment running with routine and emergency maintenance, while upholding sanitation and safety standards in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Excellent attendance and reliability required.
• Willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work mandatory overtime as needed.
• Experience in a high-speed manufacturing or packaging environment preferred.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair high speed manufacturing equipment.
• Prioritize operation and maintenance on multiple pieces of equipment.
• Perform quality checks and record them in automated QA systems.
• Interpret data to make quality and productivity decisions.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on process equipment.
• Maintain work area per sanitation and housekeeping standards; safety first.
