Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
1-3 years of industrial experience, preferably in a high-speed manufacturing or packaging environment.
Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting.
Willing to work a rotating 12-hour shift, including days and nights, weekends and holidays.
Able and willing to work mandatory overtime as required.
Superior work history with good attendance and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair high-speed manufacturing equipment.
Prioritize operation and maintenance on multiple pieces of equipment.
Perform quality checks and record them in automated quality control systems.
Interpret data to make quality and productivity decisions as a data-driven company.
Maintain the work area in accordance with sanitation, housekeeping and safety standards.
