Job summary

Anheuser-Busch in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed brewing environment. You will work with production teams to improve equipment reliability, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and drive continuous improvements on plant systems.

The role requires hands-on mechanical/electrical skills, PLC knowledge, and the ability to read schematics. Shifts include days, afternoons, and midnights, with safety and SOP adherence emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years industrial mechanical/electrical experience or two-year technical degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of process controls, instrumentation, and calibration required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Ability to work off shifts (afternoons and midnights) and overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and provide maintenance support in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Maintain machinery and meet maintenance requirements for 480-volt, 3 phase systems, minimizing downtime.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment; disassemble and reassemble machinery, overhaul gearboxes, replace bearings and bushings.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs and variable speed drive controlled equipment.
• Perform mechanical work including bearing and chain replacement, motor/gearbox replacements, hydraulics and lubrication routes.
• Read and interpret schematics and equipment manuals; adhere to SOPs and safety requirements.
