THE CLOSURE SYSTEMS COMPANIES INC is seeking an experienced maintenance technician for our Erie, PA plant. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and automation systems during the D Crew nights, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing auxiliary infrastructure, and coordinating with electricians. The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and continuous safety training.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Complete pre-employment mechanical aptitude test.
• CEW (certified electrical worker) training within 1 year of hire date.
• Demonstrated safety-first focus.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• Experience with compression molding equipment is desirable.
• Must have tools for industrial maintenance; exception for specialty tools.
• Able to work at heights and lift 50 lbs.
• NFPA 70e knowledge and PLC/electronics familiarity.
