Job summary

Hill’s Pet Nutrition, part of Colgate-Palmolive, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to operate, repair, and change over production equipment at our Clinton, Oklahoma site. You will work with safety, reliability, and continuous improvement to support manufacturing goals.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, PMs, reviewing schematics, coordinating with operators, and root cause analysis. Requires 1+ year industrial maintenance and 3+ years manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

1+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant or an Associate’s Degree in a related field.
3+ years manufacturing experience.
Practical knowledge of basic maintenance shop equipment.
Problem assessment, problem solving and basic math skills.
Intermediate computer skills in Google suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair and preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure equipment reliability.
Complete work orders in SAP in a timely manner.
Review schematics to ascertain test specifications and solutions.
Assist with root cause analysis to identify equipment failures.
Train and assist in changeovers of automated equipment.
