Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Clinton, OK to operate, repair and changeover production equipment. You will work with safety, reliability and continuous improvement goals, supporting operators and technicians to maintain uptime and quality.

Qualifications include 1+ years in industrial maintenance or an equivalent degree, SAP experience, and strong problem solving. This on-site role offers growth within a global consumer products company and requires weekend

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant or an Associate’s Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Practical knowledge of basic maintenance shop equipment.
• Problem assessment, problem solving and basic math skills.
• Intermediate computer skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
• Previous SAP experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in food, pet food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work an off-shift schedule that includes weekends.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Complete work orders in SAP in a timely manner.
• Review blueprints and schematics during troubleshooting and project work.
• Assist with root cause analysis to identify reasons for failures.
• Train and assist in changeovers of automated equipment.
• Accurately complete regulatory and compliance documentation.
