Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support safe and reliable manufacturing operations by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment failures, completing repairs, and assisting with equipment installation and modification.

You will help minimize downtime, maintain machinery, test fixtures, and facility systems, and follow all safety policies while communicating conditions and repair needs to teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; maintenance training preferred.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and analytical knowledge; forklift/scissor lift a plus.
• Licenses and certificates in skilled trades are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery, test fixtures, facility systems, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and complete repairs safely and efficiently to minimize production downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and priorities with the Maintenance Supervisor and production leadership.
• Install, set up, modify, test, and support the startup of new or existing machinery and equipment.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential failures, safety concerns, and opportunities to improve reliability.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, parts used, and other maintenance activities.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements, and promptly report unsafe conditions.
