Qualifications

  • Technical background preferred.
  • 1–3 years experience in industrial tool maintenance or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting and repair on Enerpac products.
  • Properly complete all necessary documentation on repairs, warranty repairs and credits.
  • Fairly administer Enerpac's warranty policy.
  • Report warranty issues to appropriate management, quality, and assembly cells.
  • Communicate service findings and any charges to the customer.
  • Remain current in company products, promotions, and pricing techniques.
  • Package the product in an appropriate carton and perform minor paint repairs so the product is in acceptable condition before it is returned to stock or sent to the customer.
  • Recommend improvements to reduce cost and increase service levels.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
