Job summary

CMC is seeking a Maintenance professional to develop and implement maintenance procedures ensuring all equipment and facilities operate reliably. You’ll read technical manuals, interpret schematics, and diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, repairing plant equipment as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and can work independently, thinking quickly and planning strategically to keep production lines running smoothly.

Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Intermediate mathematics skills.
Must work well independently with little direction.
Quick thinker / strategic planner / flexible / problem solver.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
Identify / troubleshoot electrical faults in equipment and building as well as mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic problems.
Repair plant equipment (steel forms, machinery, and building).
