Jobot is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for heavy underground equipment in Strawberry Plains, TN. The role pays $30-$32 per hour and includes full benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, proactive maintenance, and troubleshooting on loaders, haul trucks, bolters and utility vehicles. Requires 2 years of heavy equipment maintenance experience.

• Assist with basic hydraulic, electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
• Use hand, pneumatic, diagnostic tools and shop equipment correctly.
• Complete pre-shift inspections and ensure equipment is safe for underground operation.

• Perform troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs on underground mobile equipment including loaders (LHDs), haul trucks, bolters, and utility vehicles.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and service life.
• Repair and replace hoses, belts, fittings, filters, wear components, lightings, and other service items.
• Assist with basic hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical diagnosis
• Properly use hand tools, pneumatic tools, diagnostic tools, and shop equipment.
• Complete pre-shift inspections and ensure equipment is safe for underground operation.
