Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians in Senoia, GA. You will perform essential equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to support production efficiency and safety.

Candidates should have 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic/mechanical systems, and proficiency with electrical troubleshooting tools. Familiarity with CMMS systems like Micromain is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with electrical troubleshooting tools (multimeters, amp clamps, megohmmeters).
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and communicate maintenance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of production equipment.
• Use precision tools (micrometers, calipers, dial gauges) to inspect and maintain mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical (24VDC-480VAC), and mechanical systems.
• Utilize hoists, slings, and rigging equipment safely during equipment repairs or installations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks in Micromain or other CMMS systems.
• Collaborate with supervisors and shift leads to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Promote safety and compliance across the maintenance team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability.

Summary

you will perform essential equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. Your work will directly impact production performance, safety compliance, and product quality across the facility. We’re looking for a highly skilled technician with hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems who is ready to contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Details

• Pay: 26.00-36.00 DOE
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM or 8:00 PM-8:00 AM, including weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with blown film extrusion or converting machinery.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CMMS tools such as Micromain.
• Leadership experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment.
