Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians in Senoia, GA. You will perform essential equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to support production efficiency and safety.

Candidates should have 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic/mechanical systems, and proficiency with electrical troubleshooting tools. Familiarity with CMMS systems like Micromain is a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Proficiency with electrical troubleshooting tools (multimeters, amp clamps, megohmmeters).
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and communicate maintenance solutions.

Responsibilities

Perform calibration, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of production equipment.
Use precision tools (micrometers, calipers, dial gauges) to inspect and maintain mechanical systems.
Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical (24VDC-480VAC), and mechanical systems.
Utilize hoists, slings, and rigging equipment safely during equipment repairs or installations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks in Micromain or other CMMS systems.
Collaborate with supervisors and shift leads to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Promote safety and compliance across the maintenance team.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability.
