Zusammenfassung

Amcor's Russellville production plant is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to install, test, repair and maintain electrical and mechanical systems, reporting to electrical and mechanical leads. This 2-2-3 shift runs 12-hour nights, 8:00p–8:00a.

Starting pay is $31-35 per hour, plus a $0.50 shift premium, with medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) match up to 8%, and a referral bonus up to $1,000.

Qualifikationen

High level of experience with maintenance equipment and systems.
Computer and software knowledge.
Able to work well with others and self-motivated.
Strong attendance and safety record.
Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley 500/5000).
Use multimeter to check voltage, resistance and amps.
Knowledge of Ohm's and Watt's laws.
Knowledge of 3-phase motor rotation.
Basic welding (MIG or stick).

Participates in development projects with R&D and vendors.
Provides technical support to on-site staff.
Performs fabrication-related welding, cutting and drilling as required.

Job Description

Amcor is currently searching for individuals to join our Russellville production plant!

Job Overview

The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician installs, tests, repairs, and maintains electrical or electronic plant production machinery, support equipment, building, and other systems throughout the site to maintain optimum operating conditions and plant productivity. The role is expected to report to and assist with both electrical and mechanical issues.

Shift Available

2-2-3 12-hour Straight Nights, 8:00p-8:00a

Starting Pay

$31-35/hour (based on skillset) + $0.50 shift premium!

WHAT YOU GET TO DO AS AN ELECTRO-MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:

Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities.
Performs necessary repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment and facility.
Troubleshoots electrical problems using manufacturers schematics and manuals.
Assists the equipment support person as needed with electrical repairs of the support equipment.
May make repairs to motors and gear boxes such as changing bearings, wiring repair, etc.
Problem solves issues concerning equipment operation and manufacturing processes where these relate to maximizing output.
Fills out maintenance request forms and may fill out work order.
Involvement in developmental project work including working with R&D, manufacturing and outside equipment and parts vendors.
Functions as part of the technical resources for the on-site staff.
Performs welding, cutting, drilling using electrical power tools as needed for fabrication.
Knowledge of procedures, work instructions and associated forms as required by the Key Area Leader.
Performs other projects/duties as assigned.

What We Want From You

High level of experience and proficiency in the function, mechanics, and operation of all Maintenance equipment
Computer and Software knowledge
Able to work well with others / self-motivated
Strong mechanical skills Strong Attendance and Safety Record
Program and troubleshoot PLC's. (Allen Bradley 500 and 5000 software)
Use multi-meter to check voltage, resistance, and amps
Knowledge of Ohms Law/Watts Law
Knowledge of 3 phase motor rotation
Bearing Installation
Plumbing/Hydraulics (hose fabrication, fitting ID and application)
Basic Welding (mig or stick, weld in position)
