Kleen Test Products has an Industrial Maintenance Technician (manufacturing maintenance) opening at our Port Washington, WI plant, available on the following shifts:

Shifts Available

• 2nd - 3p to 11p / Mon thru Fri
• 3rd - 11p to 7a / Mon night thru Fri night
• Day 10hr - 7AM-5PM, M-Th
• Night 10hr - 5PM-3AM, M-Th

Industrial Maintenance Techs are manufacturing mechanics with diverse experience in fabrication, welding, electrical repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

We seek candidates with strong mechanical and electrical aptitudes, excellent work ethics, and proven safety records. Candidates should have a balanced mechanical and electrical background, with a proactive troubleshooting mindset to identify problems and repair tools.

Essential Maintenance Job Functions:

• Repair all production and plant equipment.
• Perform line and equipment changeovers.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot during production.
• Encourage teamwork through communication, brainstorming, and shared learning.

Requirements

• Availability for an in-person/on-site interview.
• High school diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with high-speed packaging, processing, or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Solid technical skills, applying basic electrical and mechanical principles practically.
