Maintenance Technician II – 3rd Shift | $29–$34/hr + $1.50 Shift Differential | Pleasant Prairie, WI | Direct Hire

We're hiring an experienced multi-craft Maintenance Technician II to support a high-performing manufacturing team by maintaining and troubleshooting production machinery, ensuring operations run safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role focused on equipment reliability and continuous improvement—not facilities or warehouse maintenance.

Now hiring for 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Pay up to $34/hr plus a $1.50/hr shift differential

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI (just south of Kenosha)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on motors, conveyors, and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and sound logic
• Service AC/DC motor drives, electrical wiring, and control systems
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS and recommend process improvements
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a culture of safety and reliability

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year technical degree preferred
• 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment required
• Electrical maintenance experience on heavy industrial 480v systems
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems (Rockwell, Siemens, basic PLCs)
• Able to read blueprints, interpret OEM manuals, and use precision measuring tools
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using CMMS platforms
• Must pass an online certification test, background check, and drug screen
