Job summary

CG Roxane is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Alpine Spring Water and Sparkling Water production facility in Moultonborough, NH. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated packaging equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 4+ years in industrial maintenance, and experience with PLC and VFD controlled systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in food, beverage, bottling, packaging, or high-speed manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Experience with blow molders, fillers, cappers, conveyors, labelers, packers, palletizers, and wrappers is preferred.
• Familiarity with packaging systems and PLC/VFD platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automated manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, rebuilds, and production changeovers.
• Read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, technical manuals, and equipment drawings.
• Collaborate with operators and supervisors to maximize equipment uptime and line efficiency.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective solutions.
• Optimize machine performance to support production goals and reduce downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and maintenance standards.

What You'll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in keeping our production equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.

• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
