HD Hyundai Power Transformers, USA is seeking applicants for Maintenance Team Members to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama.

Duties/Responsibilities

1. Repairs and maintains mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components of production machines and equipment.
2. Inspects and measures parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems.
3. Determine causes of operating problems, consult schematics, and order replacement parts.
4. Perform high voltage electrical repairs (e.g., controls, relays).
5. Install and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and electronic components of industrial machinery, following codes, manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
6. Lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic components and switch panels.
7. Test new equipment, troubleshoot, and make minor adjustments.
8. Inspect and listen to machines to locate malfunctions.
9. Dismantle machines to access problem areas, using hand and power tools.
10. Replace worn or defective parts following blueprints and manuals.
11. Maintain and complete all required records.
12. Follow all safety rules and practices, and participate in safety initiatives.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Requirements

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Two-year technical degree in Industrial Technology.
3. At least 3 years of relevant experience.
4. Ability to perform essential functions safely and efficiently.
5. Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Working Conditions

1. Manufacturing environment with extended standing, walking, crouching, working at heights, bending, and lifting.
2. Exposure to hazards such as electricity, heavy machinery, and chemicals.

Maintenance Manager
